• Passport and 4 Passport Photographs
• Proof of UK Address Driving licence or Utility bills
• UK Bank Account details
• Telephone and Fax number of Bank

  N.B. It is recommended that you notify your UK bank that you may wish to buy a property in Spain, and that they may be requested to transfer monies to your new bank account in Spain. This will then allow you to sign the necessary forms in Spain to transfer the funds to the Spanish bank.

If you intend to use a credit card for the payment of the deposit please check with the credit company that sufficient funds can be withdrawn.
