Windmill Group recommends that an Inspection Trip is a must for serious purchasers. It is the most cost-effective informative and legally safe guarded way of purchasing a freehold property in Spain.

 Windmill Group will reimburse you the cost (up to 500 Euros) for your airfares and accommodation if you buy a property with us.

 All our Inspection Trips are one-to-one.Your inspection trip will be designed specifically to meet your personal needs. 

 You will be shown a range of properties that match your criteria in a relaxed and friendly environment.

 There are no high pressure sales techniques.  We do not attempt to sell you a property, but will assist you to buy one if you wish. We allow you the time to decide when and what YOU want to buy.

  If you require, we will design and build a dream home to your own specifications.

  We will introduce you to only the most reputable builders, lawyers, who will also arrange for your Fiscal number (NIE),  and bankers, and can help you open a Spanish bank account.

  Our Procedure:

1. Visit the areas and view properties.

2. Decide on an area and property.

3. Complete a reservation form, if a suitable property has been found, and pay your 3000-Euro deposit, or 10% (depending on builder).

4. Meet with a local lawyer, who will answer any lega queries you may have.

5. Open a bank account.

6. Move-in and enjoy living abroad.
